3. Hold the string with both hands and move it in a back and forth till its move further down toward the inside latch.
4. Place the loop over the latch and pull both end of the string to tighten the loop on the latch.
5. When you have a solid grip around the latch, pull up the string to unlock the car door.

Coat hanger and a wedge

This method works on click door latch vehicles.

1. Using a pliers unravel the coat hanger to have one side straight and one that’s hooked.
2. Using a screwdriver, pull the top of the door frame out and push the wedge inside to hold the frame out
3. Slide the coat hanger in the little gap created.
4. When the hook side of the hanger reach the bottom of the window, you can try fishing around for the clicker.
5. Once you find it, click it and your door will open.

Note: This method is risky and can ends up with scratching the paint or tearing the weather stripping. A body shop to realign the door frame will cost you 3 times than using a locksmith. We recommend using wedge on old vehicle only.
